What do you do at Floors to Go?
I mainly focus on customer service. I'm in charge of the training of our employees. We want our employees to be the best and most helpful for our customers. I'm also a sales representative. I oversee operations, installers, and resolve any challenges we or our customers may run into.
What is your goal when assisting a customer?
Making sure our customers are happy. We strive to find the best flooring for the customers’ needs. We want our customers to be happy with their experience, remember Floors to Go, and recommend us to their friends and family.
What qualities of Floors to Go and its employees do you think customers most appreciate?
I think they appreciate that we treat them like family. We provide extensive training for our employees to provide them with knowledge about what's new in flooring and flooring classics so they can best help our customers. I also feel our Lifetime Installation Warranty is really appreciated because we stand by our work, our products, and our customers.
